MOUNTED TYPE TURBO ATOMIZER STANDARD MODEL - DATT-300-60

► DOLLS AGROSE TURBO ATOMIZER assist you in the agricultural protection for vineyards, orchards, forests and various forest areas. DOLLS AGROSE TURBO ATOMIZER turbo atomizer offers ease of use to you, our valuable farmers, with its superior performance, easy adjustment, time saving, and helping you reduce excess water, pesticide and fuel consumption.

► DOLLS AGROSE mounted type turbo atomizer are connecting with 3 points to tractor hydraulic arms. This models of tank capacity are 300 litre.

► All the sprayers were equipped with MERTSAN branded aganist to abrasion-resistant spraying pump which have various capacities 2, 3 or 4 piston hydraulic membrane.

TANK

► Polyethylene tanks  produced with the  DOLLS AGROSE technology; which are manufactured to be resistant to ultraviolet rays, corrosion and negative effects of pesticides. Therefore, it does not form bacteria and algae on the tank surface.

► The hydraulic mixing system blends easily into the water with pesticides. The injector with suction on the machine helps the pesticide take to be filled in a very short time.

► The water level indicator can be seen  easily,  by the user during filling and emptying.

► The clean water tank is optionally offered independently of the main tanks. Optionally, you can add a clean water tank to all your machines.

PUMP

► For spraying machines used in vineyards, orchards, forests and various forest area high pressure MERTSAN branded MTS-371 P, MTS-496-P, MTS-496-Z, MTS-145-N pumps with 3 or 4 membranes are used.

►This pumps are externally manifould, surfaces in covered with the phpslate and against corrosion resistant. The valve stamps and covers are stainless steel.

►All machinery work with connect to tractor power take off intermediate propelller shaft.

CHASSIS

► The profiles used are of ST37 material and are produced from products with high strength and durability.

► In order to increase the durability of the chassis and to ensure its longevity; firstly electrostatic powder paint is applied to the chassis, and then the chassis is baked to allow the paint to penetrate the chassis.

FAN

►Turbo fan is manufactured from chrome (Cr) - Nickel (Ni) or galvanized sheet against corrosion.

► The spraying pump driven by the tractor PTO transmits the water mixed with the pesticide in the tank to the nozzles on the fan.

► The propeller, which rotates with the movement from the propeller shaft, provides compressed air output to the environment. The pesticide water is separated from the nozzles with pressure and is carried to the plant surface by air circulation. Various orchards, vineyards, tall trees, and citrus fields can be sprayed with incoming water under pressure.

► The propeller in the fan system gets its movement from the 2-speed gearbox. It is also available in our models driven by a single-speed belt pulley.

►Fan diameters are 60, 75, and 90 cm.

AREAS OF USAGE

► It is used for spraying against pests and diseases in vineyards, orchards, forests and various forest areas.

►It can be used liquid and water soluble fertilizer.

 AIR ASSISTED SPRAYER TRIO MODEL

►  Especially suitable for medicated vineyard, garden, forests and various forest, areas  Air movement; shape as a dense structure of the target, plays an important role in the penetration of medication. Mainly used in applications with insecticide and fungucide.

►Atomizer which with tractor, usually are used in spraying gardens and vineyards.They  are classified according to the shape of connecting to the tractor in the following manner:

♦ The tractor connects three-point  system

♦ Mounted to the tractor

♦ Trailed with tractor

► 200-400-600-800-1000 lt are mounted type and connect three points system. And 1000- 1200-1600-2000 lt. are Trailed type.All turbo atomizers are equipped with different types of  Mertsan Branded ,three-or four-piston high-pressure hydraulic membrane pumps 

► Some models of the fan systems are receiving  speed from 2 gradual movement.  .In addition ,we have the models which is receiving the movement from single speed pulley.Turbo atomizers  tanks are manufactured from Polyester and polyethylene material. All parts in contact with the medication are made of, brass, stainless steel or corrosion-resistant plastic material.

TANK 

►  Polyethylene tanks produced with the  Agrose technology

► Hydraulic mixing system blends easily into the water with spraying medication.

►  Reside on the machine Filling Ejector, provides the opportunity to the sprayin medication  to fill in a very short time.

► Water level indicator can easily be seen,  by the user during filling and emptying

► It is presented as main tank, system washing tank and clean water tank.

PUMP

►It is designed for vineyards, gardens, greenhouses, and similar portable structure and they are a fairly strong 

►This pumps are externally manifould ,surfaces in contact with the drug is coated with phosphate and against corrosion resistant

► Valve stamps and covers are stainless steel

►All of ours 2-3-4 Pistons  Pumps works by taking movement  intermediate the shaft  from the PTO.

CHASSIS 

►Profiles are made of ST37 material  and have a high coefficient of strength and resistance

► In terms of adding rigidity to the chassis applied protective primer paint and applied  metallic paint as topcoat

FAN 

►Turbo fan,are manufactured from galvanized sheet (Chromium (Cr), Nickel (nN)) against corrosion 

► The systems fan are receiving 2 speed gradual  propeller movement from gearbox.In addition ,we have the models which is receiving the movement from single speed pulley

►Fan diameters are  75  cm.

►Using for destruction of unwanted plants and weed species
